FTS Acquires GlobalTech Leasing, Inc.

Financial Transaction Services, a full service provider of electronic transaction processing, today announced that it has acquired GlobalTech Leasing, Inc. from International Card Establishment.

Since 1996, GlobalTech Leasing, Inc. has been providing micro ticket leasing in the fast-paced environment of credit card processing equipment. The Camarillo, California based company provides leasing services to independent sales organizations, their agent and processors.

Under the terms of the deal, Financial Transaction Services will acquire and assume responsibility for all of the assets, as well as customers. In addition, International Card Establishment will process all their existing 2400 merchant customers and all new business with Financial Transaction Services.
